The Augusta Fencers Club hosts several USFA-Ga Division-sanctioned tournaments
per season.
Upcoming events are:
January 14 – Beginning of next scheduled “Introduction to Fencing” course. This is a ten-week course meeting on Thursdays at 6:00 PM for ages 14 and up (adults). All competitive gear is provided; cost for the course is $150.00
January 16-17 -- USFA-sanctioned RYC tournament. This is a youth meet, participation in which qualifies fencers for the national championships. Foil is on Saturday starting at 9:30 AM, Epee and Sabre are on Sunday starting at 9:30 AM
February 28 USFA-sanctioned Epee tournament. Open Epee is at 9:30 AM, Division III Epee is at 1:00 PM
May 15-16 – USFA-sanctioned “May Maidez” tournament. Open Epee is at 9:30 AM on Saturday, Open Foil is at 1:00 PM on Saturday; Open Sabre is on Sunday at 9:00; Div III Sabre is on Sunday at 11:30. Youth 10-12 Sabre is on Sunday at 1:30 PM.

Competition classes are offered in Sabre on Wednesday evenings, and Foil on
Thursdays.
Guest are always welcome.
The club also hosts periodic "club meets" for novice and beginning
fencers.
